Melissa is the newest addition to the United Way staff.  She was hired in March of 2006 as the Campaign and Marketing Services Manager and is responsible for working on campaign activities, as well as marketing the organization.

A Parkston, SD native, she received her Bachelor of Arts & Science degree in Communications from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.  Since her recent graduation in December she worked at Clear Channel Radio as an Account Executive before coming to United Way.

Melissa enjoys being involved in the community with volunteering on the marketing board for First Night, and being involved in many different facets at her church. She also loves playing sports, reading, painting, cooking and spending time with friends and family in her free time.
